Yeah I can relate, I've given up cereal too which was my favourite meal of the day. It's HARD.

I'm wanting to get back to the weight I was last year. I gained about 10 lbs after I went overseas...over a 3 week period could you believe! lol.

That is so nothing and as i heard on that show 'the biggest loser' the other night, its better to binge on healthy food which is good for you than go all out on really fattening sugary foods - which is what i did last night! :p

It's virtually impossible to exercise when you're feeling sick imo, I say just give your body a bit of rest and get back to it once you're feeling better.

$200 p/month which I unfortunately just can't afford anymore. It was a fantastic gym with great dance and fitness classes but it's hard to justify spending that much every month.

Also, I thought this was relevant - I have read (maybe in the 17 day diet book) that its better not to eat breakfast before a workout but to then have it after?

I actually much prefer working out at night or in the early evening because that is when I start to crave bad foods. I find that I have worked my butt off for almost an hour so there's no way I want to screw that up by binging. Can you give it a try?

Yes you can do this! Start with small goals, I suggest you try cutting back on your sweets first rather than giving them up all together. I suffer from the same thing as you and its taken me a week so far just to control my eating again and not crave sweets like a ravinist beast lol. I still sometimes give in to temptation…

my new Go To Meal is grilled salmon with a tonne of mixed vegetables and some sweet chilli sauce for extra flavour. I also grill the salmon a little bit extra than people normally would so it gets flakey and has a bit of a crunchy crust. You could try the 17 day diet, I'm on that right now...only day 2 though. It's HARD not eating the foods you did before and I miss chocolate so much :( but the only way to actually lose weight is through cutting down calories and exercise.

Exercising makes you feel like you have more engergetic and will help you stay motivated on your diet imho. Can you not wake up a little bit earlier in the mornings and dedicate 20 mins to walking around the block at least?
