Thank you! I'm working on C210K now and recently picked up Crossfit (well repicked it up in the last week). I know, I know... people either love it or hate it and I need something quick and dirty with the kids. My husband is really into too, so it works for us and I love feeling accomplished after it! That and running. I…

Thanks everyone! I feel so incredible! Honestly, the first time I've done something for me and been so incredibly proud of myself in forever!!! I'm 5'8.5" Honestly, most of this was achieved by doing C25k and keeping up with runs after. I do some calisthenics as well.

I have 3 children too! You're welcome to add me! :)

I'll send a request. Just finished 5k #3 today after doing C25K and finishing it in July. Working on C210k now but it's tough!

I used the 5k Runner app for iphone and just ran my 3rd 5k today pushing 80lbs of children in the double stroller no less :) I would recommend buying to the 10k runner app though if you go that route since it has the 5k app built in :) Awesome and loving my new found freedom!!!!!

Let me know when you restart in September!!! :)

I have 2 roses on my left ribcage area and the stem goes down to my hip bone. I've had it for about 4 years now. It's been through 2 pregnancies and 80lbs of weightloss. It still looks great! Never stretched or anything with the pregnancies and doesn't look saggy or difficult to see the detail now. I think it's far enough…

-And you must be Ringo. Look, darling, Johnny Ringo. The deadliest pistoleer since Wild Bill, they say. What do you think, darling? Should I hate him? -You don't even know him. -Yes, but there's just something about him. Something around the eyes, I don't know, reminds me of... me. No. I'm sure of it, I hate him.…

I love coconut oil! I use it on my skin (even my face) and it feels fantastic! (Great for tattoos btw! oh and cuticles!) Love the way it smells too! Very subtle though! I cook with it usually, although it does give a little bit of a taste to the whatever food, so it depends on what I'm cooking but I never even factor those…

Hi! I'm 5'8". I was 235lbs (201lbs when I joined MFP in March) and not I'm 159.2!!! My initial goal was 160lbs but now I want 150lbs. More then welcome to add me :)

I'm 5'8.5". I was 235 when I had my 3rd baby and I started MFP at 201 in March.I'm currently 163. :) My current goal is 160. I'm currently a size 8/10 :) The lightest scale-wize I've ever been is 155 right before my wedding when I was 20. I was a size 6/8. I think I will eventually like to maintain 150 but once I hit goal…

I weigh myself every morning. I get up, use bathroom and hop on the scale. If I loose I chart it. If I gain no sweat. Just keep pushing. Sometimes I'll hop on the scale in the evening, mostly because I like to see the difference hydration and food make. I don't feel like I'm obsessive about it and so far it's worked for…

My husband does. The taller the better he says. I'm 5'8", he says it makes him feel like a rockstar. Oh and he's 5'6 (5'7" on a tall day)

I'm there with you on the calorie thing. That bothers me. What they eat, not so much.

Nice job and great legs!!!

I did a lot of walking and could feel it that I was ready to start jogging but I would get frustrated and sell myself short and really didn't have a clue about where to start. I downloaded to 5k app on my phone and it's easy (to follow!). You just do it! I just finished week 6 yesterday. I was running the same route I used…

I married a shorter guy :) I'm 5'8" and he's 5'6" (although claims 5'7"). I don't mind it and he loves it. Loves it more even when I wear high heels :)
