  • I'm no expert on nutrition but I took a look at your food diary report and your sodium is high. I've been trying to get mine down to the recommended. Excess sodium retains water. I noticed mine is that high sometimes too. It hard but I know you can do it. You other food looks great! Good luck!

  • You need to try yoga. Its so easy and doesn't even seem like much but you feel great afterward and then could pump yourself to start working out again. Do you think your depressed?   • I actually get sick to my stomach also when drinking protein shakes. My hubby works out a lot and told me that my body is not used to that much protein at once. Maybe that is it. Just some amateur advice. Good luck!
  • You can do core work and yoga. Yoga is great for injuries. I have a herniated disc in my back and when it starts to hurt I do some yoga and it gets me back on track. If you have Time Warner Cable you can find some yoga for free on ExerciseOnDemand. Hope this helps!
  • It is absolutely true. I suffer from a herniated disc and 2 bulging disc. So when my back hurts I'll do yoga and my back gets all stretched out and the pain goes away. I wish I had the drive to do it every morning b.c it relaxes the body and the mind. I would recommend to anyone! I LOVE YOGA!!
  • You know what helped me when I needed that pick me up. Start getting dressed to workout. Once your dressed, there's no need not to workout.
