Its ok :] what I do when I dont go to the gym is I eat oatmeal or a nutrigrain bar in the morning..somehow it keeps me on track with being healthy. Or try thinking about what your gonna eat and put it in here first and then scare yourself at how many calories or carbs or whatever is in that meal. It works for me, hope this…

Eat higher calorie meals at lunch time, just not to high, try to eat some fruit..kind of force yourself to eat more just in small amounts and your body with accept it. Dont eat whole meals though, only those 3 times of day. Try grape fruit, its good for metabolism, I've tried it before but I hated the taste, maybe it'll…
