:sad: Ok I confess..... I'm having a bad week....I've been sooooo busy I haven't been able to make it to the gym in three days, and I have not been eating good at all. I just have to tell myself that I will get back to the gym asap!!! and I'm not gonna let this set back get me down:embarassed: :mad: :angry: :grumble: :cry:

    I notice when I don't make it to the gym it is much easier to choose the wrong foods. When I do go is when I really stick to eating healthy. I just recently upped my workout days from 3-4 to 5-6 so it helps. Just get back in there as soon as you can and you'll be alright! :flowerforyou:

    wow.... I just want to say that I love this site:heart: after just posting this comment I went and read a bunch of positive, success comments, and it has already helped motivate me to try harder:flowerforyou:
  • Its ok :] what I do when I dont go to the gym is I eat oatmeal or a nutrigrain bar in the morning..somehow it keeps me on track with being healthy. Or try thinking about what your gonna eat and put it in here first and then scare yourself at how many calories or carbs or whatever is in that meal. It works for me, hope this helps. :D

    Sometimes it is so hard! But look at your success already! You can continue to do this and a couple of bad days will not set you back because you have already proven to yourself that you CAN do this!!!

    Congratulations on your determination and remember...it is not a diet, it is about establishing a life style change!
