We do a lot of core/ab work (planks, crunches and a bunch of other exercises) in my fitness class (2x per week) and I generally test out pretty well. I lost about 50 lbs in a year and reached my goal weight. I ate healthy and worked my butt off and the most I lost in a single month was 8 lbs. Most months were 4-6 lbs. Hope that helps!

I started at about 205 (all-time high 212.6) and people really started commenting around 40 pounds. Now that I've lost over 50, I get tons of comments, questions and compliments.

Truly impressive!

I started getting comments from friends and family at 30 lbs, from closer coworkers at 40 lbs and from coworkers I hadn't even talked to before at 50 lbs. Seriously, around 50 lbs I started getting so many comments each day and now I've lost almost 57 lbs and am at my goal I get a lot of the "how did you do it" questions.…
