You said you prefer cold but what about hot food gone cold? I sometimes make myself a light curry, jambalya or a paella the night before. I don't mind eating it cold so I just hook it out of the fridge and have it with a bit of salad.

I eat what I want but do make healthier choices over much of what I eat. It just means that if I fancy some bad foods I can have them, but in moderation and generally when I have the calories available, either in my daily allowance or because I stick in some extra exercise so that I can afford them. Some diets like Atkins…

Yeah, it originated in Quahog. It's a modification of the Griffin diet which was largely discredited. Unprompted advice is always amusing, but so are the stories from other "dieters" and I use the term loosely, who are failing. I work with a girl who exclaimed to an open office that she had taken up Curves but wasn't…

10 - and I skinned my knee when I saw your pic

Bene! Will do, wouldn't be proper to have my cleavage on show!

so funny. Italian's are generally catholic, the pope doesn't care what you wear. However if you want to enter the Vatican to view the Sistine Chapel (and I highly recommend it, it is stunningly beautiful, as is much of the walk to it), you have to be appropriately dressed. That means you have to have your legs covered. No…

Why wouldn't you want to stand out as an American in Italy? It's got nothing to do with National pride or dress sense. It has everthing to do with safety. Advertising that you are probably a wealthy tourist puts you at risk. You are vulnerable in an unfamiliar country with an unfamiliar language. Italy is in the grips of a…

To look at, not Shrek like at all, you are not even green!!!! Really pretty I think. However, personality wise if they mean loveable then fraid there might be a connection there. How about you post some pics of them and we can have some fun.

Actually, I don't think we are talking politics on this thread, we are talking about whether we should talk about politics
-
Don't think we should vote on it. When did voting come into politics? We should create a think tank to discuss the possible impact of political topics in chit-chat, send out a public consultation, send a working party to other countries to see how their web-communities deal with similar issues, spend 2 years analysing the…

Well done, I would however be more impressed if you had done the hour run with the flippers and snorkel. Guarantee you would get your 15 mins of fame on Meridian news if you were not arrested or beaten senseless.

This - but I started on right hand. Practice is the key. It is just because you are trying to do something you are not used to, like the first time you learn to drive, ride a bike, etc. Practice until it becomes nature. In two weeks if you cannot crack a rhythm as a starting base from which you can progress to every three…

Take flippers and a snorkel and go for a swim instead. If you cannot stand the thought of that then it's your hangover and you gotta swallow a couple of painkillers and tough up! Hope that was helpful

Because people generally have very bad taste in music and need to be educated.

I tried on the dj I bought over 15 years ago (before I started getting big), to find it is now far too big. How long was I kidding myself for? Got a problem for tomorrow now though!!!!!!!!

Julz a definite 9 - gorgeous (especially in a dress)!

Because that is what OUR left hand lane is for. However, it infuriates me when someone drives slow in the right hand lane

500 calories for every kid - Jeez how many of them are you going to eat?

Got to go get me some more kids!

Excellent - you sir are a inspirational leader, if only everyone thought like this .....................................I'd be divorced because my wife would want to know why the hell I was hitting on a waitress whilst out for dinner!
-
Author but ended up an accountant! How'd that happen?

English or not, I would have complained. You don't have to make a big deal of it. I'm pretty sure most people have had a bit of unexpected livestock in their food or drink at some time! The only time I got upset with a restaurant was when I had a salad and found a large catapillar in it, part consumed (presumably by me)…

In my head I was an acceptable lean who knew he had a bit of a tum but it was ok if I breathed in! Until I saw a picture my wife took of me on holiday where my young son could pretty much sit in the shade of the overhang of my gut - yuk!

I work in an office where people are always bringing in cakes and snacks and we have a charity sweet box so there is always temptation. I makes sure I make my breakdfast and lunch the day before and keep fruit to hand to snack on. I give myself times between which I forbid myself from eating so that even when I am bored or…

Recent holiday to NY with my wife

Would love to go oriental but love Spanish and a whole lot of American women (having just come back from that melting pot that is New York) oh and I have a frightfully English accent (think of Colin Firth when you read this although I'd kill to have his looks!)
