I am definately not trying to be a size 2...I would look like a crack head. I am 5'4 and I would like to get to about 140-145. That would make me a size 8 right now I'm a size 10. I love how I look and do not want to loose my curves. I just want to maintain and trying to accomplish that is really hard.

I use to do the same thing and like you said it can be very discouraging and upsetting. So what I have decided to do is weigh myself every morning before I eat breakfast and every Friday for my official weigh in. Every morning just keeps me on point.

I was doing ww also. I switched over to MFP about a month ago and already have taken off 5lbs. MFP really does work. I still talk to my ww friends because they encourage, motivate and inspire me. I also like to check on the progress of some of my friends. But I no longer pay for a membership. This is free and it works just…

I will always have to track what I eat. Its seems to work for me. This is the only plan that I have found to have worked for me.

I post pictures but I only post them of my weight that I was comfortable in. What ever makes you feel good about you, I say go for it!

My goals for May is to loose 5lbs. I will attain this goal by increasing my activities and eat less carbs.

I am a former ww memebr and I did the new and the old ww system. I did pretty well on both of them. I did a jump start in January with ww and decided to swith to MFPonce my membeship expired in April and so far I have continued to keep the weight off. I am still striving for that last 15 lbs so we shall see. I like MFP…

I am currently doing WW and MFP and love them both. i am doing mine online which is pretty reasonable. You should give it a try.

I actually brought my lunch. I will have a thin bagel with roasted turkey, banana and string beans aong with a 16 oz bottle of water.

I am currently still doing WW. I don't really like the new plan either but I thought to myself I will try it for a while. Its been 3 months since I have come back. I have been doing WW since 2009. So I know that it works. I think this will be my last month since I have found MFP.. Oh yeah and its free. lol
