Thanks to everyone. I will check out the sites you mentioned. I have found several sites on egg substitutes and we use almond milk.

I am usually under and eat throughout the day. I will have breakfast (yogurt or oatmeal with a small amount of milk) and 2 to 3 hours later will eat again (something small another yogurt, string cheese, a strawberry banana smoothie frozen bar, a small salad with low calorie dressing, real bacon bits and shredded cheese)…
