Food vs. Exercise
Is it possible to lose weight without exercising? I am 5'5" and weigh 170 pounds. MFP has my calories set at 1200 which I never reach. I will admit that I have my days where sugar cravings take over. What is your go to drink?
I try to drink lots of water each day but some days water plain or flavored just doesn't taste good. On these days what do you drink? I just made some iced tea and flavored it with a pouch of sugar free drink mix that you would normally put in a bottle of water. Any other suggestions?

Tracking calories when cooking from scratch
Supper tonight consist of diced pork cubed steak simmered in a packet of chicken gravy mix with 2/3 cup of milk and various spices. I am then adding the meat and sauce to egg noodles. Does anyone else have this same problem? All morning and afternoon I do really well at eating a balanced meal.
