Tracking calories when cooking from scratch

Supper tonight consist of diced pork cubed steak simmered in a packet of chicken gravy mix with 2/3 cup of milk and various spices. I am then adding the meat and sauce to egg noodles.
My question do I just track the calories and nutrition of the pork cubed steak and egg noodles or do I try to break the other ingredients down by serving?
What is your general rule of thumb when cooking from scratch?
Thanks

I would use the MFP recipe tool to create a recipe for the entire meal and divide it in to how ever many servings you want. This way, when you eat the leftovers, you'll be able to easily track it.0

I too list my meals in the recipe feature.0
