30DS is a great workout to start with. I'm doing my 4th round atm, level1 day10 tomorrow. For me it was more about losing inches than losing weight.

Haha, my mom seems to hate running man as well. I just don't get it. I hate anything plank or push up related.

Just wait till it's time for workout 9 and you'll know how does it feel when your hands hurt from the planks, push ups and other stuff.

Both of those are different programs. Haven't tried Extreme Shred, but Killer Buns & Thighs is a great 3 level workout.

I'd reccomnd doing 30DS first and if you like it and you're done with it Body Revolution is a great workout to continue with! :) Both 30DS and BR workouts are about 30 mins each!

I use it as a dressing for my salad or I just eat it with fruits mixed in it. :) I tried it in some recipes instead of sour cream and it works pretty well. (Oven baked vegetables with greek yogurt on the top of it :3)

If I'm about to sweeten something I use sugar. I can't stand the taste of sweeteners (tried a lot) and one teaspoon of a sugar won't hurt.

Since I don't have any idea of what you drink and eat I can't really help that much. If you want to lose weight you'd definitely want to drink water, water and water.
