Hi, I cook almost everything from scratch, grow a lot of my own veg, keep chickens etc, I'm a really keen cook and hope to turn it into a career in the future.That being said, i'm no angel and enjoy a glass of wine or 2 some nights, feel free to add me if you can put up with that.

Thanks for all the replies, he already joins in when i do the 30 day shred, tbh he is better at it than i am and shows no sign of getting bored. Its my cast iron dumbells he's eyeing up, i'm new to this but i think they qualify as free weights. I've already had to lock them out of temptations way.

I'm only a medium sized 5'8 but i say a big hell yes to tall girls in heels. The only time i wear lower than a 5 inch heel is when i'm working out. I <3 heels

Probably only around 2000 per day, i've been this size for 3 years and ate reasonably well, my 2 big issues are wine and energy drinks though, on a bad day i could easily blow 1500 cals just on drinks

I'm currently doing the brazil butt lift, 1st week was hard work but fun, 1st day on week 2 was a body sculpt that almost killed my fat *kitten* lol. Its really fun and make a huge change to your body at the same time... what more can you ask for?

I've recently been trying to phase out some dairy (i'm addicted to the stuff but its not very easy on the waist line). I've found hazelnut and almond milk both to be delicious, especially the hazelnut in coffee.

For sheer escapism I adore the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett, they are loosely related but can be read in any order. They are also hilarious as well, i've had more than one odd look from a stranger on the train when i started giggling away to myself.

I've logged everyday that i've had internet access, on a few weekends i simply couldn't log in. I have gone over a few times, but the most i've ever gone over by was 145 calories so its not the end of the world.
