  • I weigh a lot more than you, and I can run. I am not sure where your current weight is an inhibitor to exercise. I may not be able to run fast, but I can do it. I am not saying you should go change your routine. Do what you want. I just think the "I will do it when I am lighter" is a bit of an excuse.
