I agree although I weigh myself every day, I don't go nuts if I am not loosing. I have went from a size 18 to a 14 and have lost 21 pounds. Keep up the good work!

Well put! I stay movin. I work mostly on a computer 6 hours a day, so I have a couple of cans at work that I use for weights. I tap my feet to the beat of music. Well I have decided to eat the way I have been since I've started MFP. I love the sesame chicken, if I choose to eat it again, I will only eat a very small portion and it will be within my daily calories. I have also found out that the sweets aren't as good as I remembered. lol

When you are home, are you alone? Do you have things to keep you occupied and your mind off of eating so much? When you feel like eating and you know you shouldn't, maybe go out for a walk, a drive or do something. Plan to eat 6 times a day but stay within your goals. Hope this helps.

Have you measured yourself...sometime, like with me, I wasn't loosing weight, but I lost inches. So now once a week I measure myself. I have gone from an 18 to a size 14 and I upped my calories as well, I gained, but now starting to lose...just hang in there..I freaked, but trusted what others said and it IS working.
