So when I eat back my calories, do I worry so much about the carbs, fat and protein? I seem to have lots of calories left over to use, but had already used up the fat and go over on protein. I'm new so still learning how to figure this out. I just can't seem to get my days worked out to where I am close to all my goals.

Anyone else have foods you like that are healthy in calories and a few carbs, but little to NO protein? I need more calories!!!

Thanks for the feed back...I do find myself hungry sometimes and wonder if I'm not eating enough. I eat 6 times a day. Find it hard to find healthy foods to eat that are high in calories and some carbs, but no fat or protein. I go over on protein but not wanting to on fat. But I am researching and will figure it out.…

I wouldn't worry so much about the weight you've gained, if you are toning/building up your muscles, that is the extra weight Muscles weigh more than fat. That doesn't mean you need to go on a diet to lose is back.
