This is actually how I put weight on in the first place. I was drinking 2 gallons of isopropyl alcohol daily. Since cutting that back to 1 cup, the fat has just melted off.

:laugh: I just ran four miles and burned around 500 calories. My dinner consisted of a healthy choice cafe steamer, protein shake, and some yogurt... 610 calories. I can tell you, the run required considerably more effort. It's far, far easier to cut 500 calories per day from your diet than to add 500 calories of exercise.…

More love for Ka-boom! Also, I once saw Atari's "Raiders of the Lost Ark" on a list of worst video games ever. I do not understand this as I always counted that game was one of the BEST ever and well ahead of its time. To each his/her own, I suppose.

I'm not sure where I said that lesser skilled players didn't deserve the same level of criticism. I was just using Bonds as an example. Any player caught using PEDs should be kicked out of the sport IMHO.
