It's hard for me to eat breakfast, but it's a must....my breakfast is a Premier Protein shake and maybe a piece of fruit. That's everyday, especially weekends, when I struggle to stay on track.

I typically will do Oatmeal with low sugar craisins mixed in or 2 Egg Whites, Canadian bacon and a piece of fruit or Egg white omelette with loads of veggies and a bit of low fat mozzerella

It becomes a problem when the person with in themselves feel its no longer attractive. We should never live our lives based on other peoples standards of what we should or shouldn't be...me I'm not happy with my weight so I'm doing something about it, but who am I to say that someone heavier shouldn't be proud of the way…

I typically use the one that has the strap that goes around the chest. It makes since (to me) for that one to be more accurate.. I do know the calorie counters on the machines are USELESS. You'll be setting yourself up for failure to use that as you guide to calories burned during a work out.

1.6 a week is good, But you're probably not eating enough if you're unde 1200 calories and doing P90X..I would imagine that your net calories are pretty low after that..Try eating more. I know it sounds counter productive but it works.

Why eat just soup when there are soooo many other things you can eat and still lose weight.....
