I do a weekly meal-prep so I buy all the ingredients I need to make my weekly batches, so there's not a lot of other stuff in my fridge. Mainly condiments, yogurt, applesauce, almond milk. Otherwise my fridge and freezer are full of meal-prep containers lol!0

Tbh all i need is someone to keep it organized and like two more produce drawers. It’s a war zone in there.2

Lean Cuisine's and Chipotle bowls for days...and chocolate milk for my protein shakes.1

When I was eating meat, it would have been freezer: fish and other meat, some frozen berries and greens, frozen peas and maybe some frozen rice (can be easy to prep). Refrigerator: eggs, whatever meat/fish I planned to eat soon, whatever veg and fruit appealed when I did my last shopping trip. Plus maybe some kind of milk alternative (I make cashew milk and keep it in the refrigerator), a variety of condiments (mostly mustards and hot sauces and soy sauce), a nut butter, plain greek yogurt (usually Fage or from the farmer's market), and often some tofu and/or tempeh.0
