awww.... I just want to say that I'm very sorry for your loss. How very difficult. I'm very sorry.
thank you xx

thank you. youre all so kind. its very much appreciated and youve all given me a real boost. much love xx

Just be gentle with yourself. You lost your friend. Don't beat yourself up, too. Grief is tough enough without that. Do what you can, jump on the scale so you know where you stand, and start over. It's understandable to be thrown off with what you've gone through.
thank you...that was very kind xx

yes, youre all right. thanks for replying. funny that when youve dieted all your life and lost so much this time, how you can still be knocked so hard. just goes to show the headology involved with weight gain. i will go and buy real food and throw all the junk out. thanks again folks xx

amazing...youve given me the kick up the bum i needed...thank you. you look like a totally different person and so much younger...you must feel fantastic...brilliant xx
-
this is right. you seem to be doing a lot of excercise. you will find that your body will change shape and you will be loosing the fat, but muscle weighs more than fat so thats probably why the scales arent moving very much. dont know if this helps but when i was in the gym i had the same problem so i switched to swimming…

brilliant, thas great :)
-
wow, wonderful...you look stunning. well done :)x

hiya, i weigh myself every mon, wed and fri before i go swimming because my scales are rubbish and the onse at the leisure centre are ace. if i had them a home, id weigh every day just to keep an eye on things. just do whats best for you. theres no point stressing if you dont need to :)
-
hiya and welcome. dont be overwhelmed. there are some wonderful and very supportive people on here. just take it day by day and dont be put off or give up if you have a bad day. just get back on it the next day. i found swimming was a really good excercise for me as it tones all your muscles and gives you an all over body…

-
oh, great, thank you. i'll look at that now. have you all had similar problems? xx
-
yes, youre right. i think i will see the doc, thank you. i dont want to go to much more off track. i excercise aprox 1 hour 40 mins 3 times a week....doesnt sound much when i read it on here but i havent done anything in 6 years so maybe im just getting it wrong. thank you xx

thank you again everyone for replying. i dont know what macros is...sorry :( . but, i do have a pretty good diet generally. its just that when i come out of the gym feeling so tired and hungry, i binge on bread and anything else i can get my hands on. i started loosing weight in jan and thats when i started swimming too. i…

thank you ladies. i have 1310 cals a day and then add half the cals i earn to my daily allowance. i eat before and after the gym too. i do have spinal stenosis (reason for loosing the weight in the first place) but i generally cope with that pretty well. im just so tired that i can hardly drive back from the gym without…

i weigh myself 3 times a week but if i had scales that were more reliable, i would weigh every day. i like to know exactly where im up to. but i also understand that people make this journey in very different ways...its very personal, so i dont think theres a right or wrong way. its just what works for you.

wow, you look like a totally different and younger person. well done :)
