  • Im with you on continuing bb after I'm done. I start level 3 next week so I haven't done the chair work yet but level 2 lower makes me wanna punch her. lol- kidding, she's great but WOW- exhausted!

  • I think it also has alot to do with who entered the exercise and calorie burn. For instance, it is extrememly accurate that every mile jogged is about 100 calories. It is NOT and CANNOT be accurate that 50 minutes of zumba burns 900 calories. I have to jog 9 miles to do that! There's just no way. What I'm saying is- as far…
  • I agree. I'm done with week 1 and already by butt looks better. Make exercise a priortiy or you will be sorry come bikini season because excuses don't look so good on the beach. :) 1 hour of exercise is 4% of your day. That's it. Butt Bible is 20 mins so that is barely 1% of your day. That's waking up a half hour earlier.…
