  • Kroger makes a low carb yogurt "carb master" 60 calories and 4 gm of carb..not a lot of protein..grilled chicken breast patty..about 120cal; some tuna, low fat and low carbs..I struggle with finding good things too that's not loaded with carbs!

  • I have a fitBit and wear it daily...it does not tell your heart rate. It tells calories burned, steps taken, flights of stairs, and even sleep. I also have a polar (think its an ft7 or something like that) I wear it every time I exercise it counts my calories burned and heart rate. I love them both!

  • I would really love to have some SELECT TECHS....the db weights i have now are 2,3,5,8,10,12,15,20;25..and 2lb wrist weights. I saw that STS TOTAL BODY WORKOUT is deal of day over at cathe.com would that be something to get..or unnecessary, not sure how i would incorporate it in my routine

  • Have you calculated your BMR to see what that is? I agree with all the posters who said to eat more.. I up'd my calories from 1200 to 1480, and finally am doing better.. And, the closer you get to goal, the harder it is to lose it

  • I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling with this..mfp says for me to eat 1200, so I changed my wt loss goal to 1/2 lb week, it went up to 1400. I've been searching BMR and TDEE. I believe I'm way under calories and that is why I'm not losing. I work out PLENTY...so confused!
