Omron hi-112--- help!?!
I can't figure this lil thing out...even called the customer service, she wasnt even sure how to help. The calories...how is that figured?.. Btw, I'm in my 40's...thanks in advance!!!

Hey all...I'm sure I'm not the only one with aches and pains, especially in my knees...have tried several types of supplements but wonder what everyone else takes?
Ideas on calorie counter other than a polar?
I've had a polar for about a year and have loved it but I want one without a chest strap... Any suggestions. Love how the polar counts heart rate and calories burned, it's just getting annoying when keeps saying "check transmitter"... And I know I have it on right..tired of messing with the strap!

So, i had my hubby bring me a cracker barrel APPLE DUMPLING home when he went out.of town...i ate it up THEN plugged it into mfp ....over 3200 calories!!!! r u kidding me???? that was soooo not worth it, would have never thought it would been so much..i didn't eat the ice cream either!

I need some advice on my eating...I'm usually always on the go but still try to eat somewhat right.. if you look at my diary, sometimes I don't put the food in the particular order in which I ate it, but it's all there...and I don't chart my water intake but can assure you, I don't drink enough! Hey, will try to make this short...so, fitness pal says for me to eat 1200 cal/day. I am fine with that, I workout 4-5 days a week and burn between 500-700 calories in my workouts.
