I drink coffee with stevia, half & half and tad bit of butter pecan creamer I use protein supplements: ON gold standard powder , kroger simple truth vanilla protein powder, quest bars, and just got a grape flavored protein powder in today

I also have a squat rack~ if u have the room, check on Craigslist or used sporting equipment store. I was able to manage squats with bb for a while tho

hey cathe fans... i've come here before to ask questions on my first sts rotation... well, I'm back! I wonder if any of you will add me as a mfp "friend"... i love working out and esp to anything cathe has... preordered her new workouts last week and also the DOD which was high reps... hope to hear from some of you!

I dont think shakeology can be compared to other "protein powders", there are many more good ingredients in there. I drank it for a year and a half and love the stuff. It is just too expensive for me to continue using. I have been using protein powders since, but none.. none compare to how shakeology made me feel.. compare…

I LOVE chalean johnson! I do tf randomly and fire 60 is my favorite...you can't beat a strength program..helps increase your metabolism AND you burn calories even after your strength training is done...that being said, chalean extreme is awesome....I have both....its christmas time~ ask for both!

I've been doing strength training for a while at home...I'm doing cathe Friedrich STS program for the 2nd time.. This program requires a 1 rep max..I did increase my weights this 2nd time...but don't hold a candle to you guys. I do my best tho! And I love it!!!!

have had a fitbit, but washed it; got the new zip (its cheaper) and love it as much as the fitbit. also have a polar HRM and dont exercise without it! love my gadgets

Cathe friedrich all the way...before that I used all beachbody Dvd's (turbofire, chalean extreme, p90x) look cathe up on u tube or her website cathe.com you will become a workin out DVD addict!

u need some carbs...they give u energy...especially if u do any type of exercise/ weight training!

posted response~ didn't show up?!.... i would suggest 2 dvds...Cathe friedrich's: KICK PUNCH & CRUNCH or her KICKMAX look at them on utube or collage video....they are tons of fun and burn lots of calories...and cheap video's...
