Need help with my calorie intake

Hey, will try to make this short...so, fitness pal says for me to eat 1200 cal/day. I am fine with that, I workout 4-5 days a week and burn between 500-700 calories in my workouts. I actually have a hard time taking in 1200 cal a day. I had a beach body coach once and she told me with working out, I needed about 1800 calories. That's about what I figured when I did this some type of caloric need thing I found on the net.
I eat sensibly, with good foods and cheat meals on weekends...it's Jackie Warner's plan..
I'm 5'3 and weigh 125.. Would love to weigh 120 but don't see that happening. My lifestyle is very active, with working as nurse, rarely just sit around. Just wonder how much should I be taking in calorie wise??

At 5'3" and 125 lbs, you shouldn't be aiming for 2 lbs/week. Maybe 1 lb, but you'd be better off with .5 lbs/week. If you change your goal from 2 lbs/week, what does MFP give you as a calorie goal?
At the very least, you should be eating those 1200 calories/day PLUS all your exercise calories. The weight loss deficit will come from everything else you do all day aside from sleeping and workouts.0
