I use pure maths. I eat less calories than I need, I lose weight. Its as simple as that. This is pretty much what I do. The amount you fluctuate a day is insane. But then if you think about it one cup of coffee is about 1/4 of a litre. 1 kilo is defined as 1 litre of water. When I started on this I was getting headaches and like a trapped wind feeling. I take a multi vitamin now and the problems have gone. Now I dont know whether they have done that or its simply I am used to the new way of eating but its worth a try. But once again, go the doctor.

You may be anemic but it could be something more sinister. Please go to the doctors. Headaches and belly problems can be quite common when starting a diet, especially if you are cutting out a food you have eaten for a long time or reducing caffeine for example but go to the docs! x
