I'm 5'9 floating around 155 and 150 currently. I wear a size 9 jeans. problem areas for me would be hips and obliques. my goal is 135 OR fit into a size 6/7 (which i've done before so I know it's not an unreachable or unhealthy goal for me.) I'm pear shaped haha

Instead of drinking watered down piss, try to just cut down on your consumption of beer. That's what I did. Maybe in your 4 hour stretch at the bar only have at total of two beers? I'm around 5'9 and 5'10. And I will defiantly ask him! I typically go to the yoga classes at my gym instead of the spin classes at the same time, but I can switch that up every once in a while. The people in that class (not matter how fit) are always sweating buckets!!!

My physical therapist actually recommended the elliptical machine to me because it doesn't put much stress on my knees... that and bikes. Does the stair stepper do wear-and-tear on your knees? i usually put together a half a banana, one cup of fat-free, no sugar added frozen yogurt (vanilla), a cup of any kind of berries and some flax seed! always comes out yummy (: or if i work out in the mornings its a whole banana, 1 cup of skim milk, a tea spoon of peanut butter and one scoop of chocolate whey protein powder!
