Getting wisdom teeth pulled): help?
I've never had a surgery before, and honestly the thing I'm terrified about is getting that butterfly needle put into the hand so the IV can knock me out :ohwell: I pass out when I get my blood drawn at the doctors office. I feel like this just won't go well for me. Help?

So egg whites?
I got a carton of egg whites today and on the back was a recipe for a smoothie with them in it. Are the egg whiles that come in a carton in the clear from giving me salmonella and other such nasties if I put them in a smoothie raw like that? Thanks!
