Needs motivation to make it to summer?

Once summer hits, I'll be working a physically demanding job, going to a 10 week strength/conditioning course 4 days a week in the evenings, as well at hitting up a bunch of volleyball camps almost every other week in the mornings.
As soon as summer hits I'll be good to go.
But until then, I've been feeling super unmotivated. My dad was going to teach me how to weight train, but he hasn't been home due to work. I just feel like "well I'll have lots of stuff to do to keep me in shape in the summer, I'll just wait 'til then" or "why am I on this website? why do I even weigh myself anymore?"
but summer is three weeks away. A lot of progress could be made in that time. Help motivate me so I can start over once and for all starting tomorrow. I'm really needing it, and I'll support you as well!

Don't give up and by all means don't wait three weeks to start working out or eating right. It really sounds like you will be good to go once summer starts but if you wait you might be run down and not prepared for your demanding schedule. If you need a visual take a picture of yourself in a bathing suit and see how you feel when you look at it. Or set small weekly goals that are obtainable and that will help boost your motivation. Have you ever read the magazine Oxygen? Great for clean eating recipes and for workout tips and routines. I highly suggest subscribing to it you will learn a lot, especially if your dad is working and can't teach you. Start by picking up some light dumbbells and do a few bicep curls and over-head tricep presses.
You got this!! And we are all here for you! :-)0
