  • I'm on 350- 400 on my running days. sometimes less if I'm tired. It wakes me up doing a bit in the morning. I have to remember to minus my Resting Heart Rate so the figures never look as good as they do on my watch. :smile:

  • tough decision i mix mine with a bit of sweetcorn and Heinz Salad Cream Extra Light (England) and then stuff a red pepper with it and it fills me right up. i use the one that comes in spring water or brine but the one in sunflower oil definately tastes nicer so i use it once in a while but it bumps the calories up too much…

  • not definate but sometimes when your body says you are hungry it can mean you are thirsty. i try not to eat close to or during sleep time as the body needs to digest the food which it doesn;t if you are asleep. The weightwatchers point scheme will probably be higher cals than 1200 but depending on what WW products you eat.…

  • bottom line is a calorie deficit means you will lose weight the other guidlines are just for you to follow. the guidlines have been set up as standard for the website. if you go over and your calories are under you will still lose weight but its probably best to follow a plan that suits you. at 1200 cals a day its hard to…
