Very true my plan was to get to my goal weight and then quit smoking but i just thought it would be easier to quit before i tried running again lol. anyways scales said 12st 3 today so i guess that is good. wait and see what next week brings. catcha soon. Ben

I've had to re start week three after a failure but it says that can happen. today was week 3 (4) day 2 level 3 20 25 15 15 25 (min) I barely made it through. definately not looking forward to friday but we'll see. i can see this taking a lot longer than 6 weeks lol. I'll be pleased when i can do 50 in a row.

every weekend. mine is always after a good weekend, then after two days eating healthy im all narked off because im still up a few pounds lol. but still it keeps me even in the end lol.

last shred was friday but have had time off work which was used having fun lol so no shred for four days. back into it tonight after work. glad to hear everyone else doing well. ive done nine days of it so far this month which isn't too bad.

I sat still for ten minutes this morning and burnt 20 cals which when added up can make quite the difference. 10 minutes walking round was 30 cals. hey i was bored. but when it comes to doing exercise for half hour i have to remeber that 60 70 cals would have been burnt anyways makes a big difference if you exercise a lot…
