Does anyone else get stuck in this rut? I continuosly do this...I will cheat and then say ~ oh I'll start tomorrow. :ohwell:

    every weekend.
    mine is always after a good weekend, then after two days eating healthy im all narked off because im still up a few pounds lol. but still it keeps me even in the end lol.
