you can log it in cardio exercise as weight training but it is totally non specific. the only way to get an acurate calories burnt is to use a heart rate monitor during your workout. polar and reebok have been recomended a lot on this website as rated HRM. also strenght traing has the added bonus of burning extra calories…

hey there. i was the same with my ticker but you can edit it and put your original start weight in. thats what i did. i was annoyed 'coz i joined mfp halfway through my journey. mine only used to say 10 pounds lost but it looks better with the real numbers on.

heard of "insanity" workouts. they just use body weight. i'm interested myself but will have to do the test first. another beachbody product but it generally involves a lot of jumping about lol. just kidding. very hardcore apparantly but im not sure of your fitness level. mine is bad so i won;t be starting just yet ha ha.

i've been loggin it as circuit training although i guess it depends how intese you work out. i buy my Heart rate monitor tonight so it will be more accurate. for me it says 256 for 25 mins and i'm 167lbs atm but i think that feels a little high. we shall see when i get the HRM
