Good job. :) I did just the same thing this morning and added back on the pounds that I've gained. I feel like it's going to make me work even harder to get them back off rather than tricking myself into thinking I'm thinner than I really am.

I agree with everyone! Cutting my weak foods out of my diet completely ALWAYS causes me to binge on them later. I don't keep binge foods in my house either - like the other poster, I have to want it enough to get up and go get it. And then I get a single serving. I had a slice and a half of a fennel, roasted red pepper, and goat cheese quiche! And then a nice big serving of vanilla frozen yogurt and homemade strawberry balsamic jam. YUM! 429 calories!

I'm 5'10, and as long as I'm active in the gym I like my weight to be 140 to 145. That puts me into a size 6 and gives me a belly I'm not ashamed of. The second that number starts going up, my belly comes back, haha!
