Chicken thigh, red potatoes, green beans and carrots and a banana. 439 Calories.
Most of my meals are around 400 Calories. I will have a snack before bedtime of 200 or so calories. My daily intake is right around 1500.0 -
Pizza and whiskey, 1,585 calories and I'm still under my goal! Yay me!0

Fasted since 6:30 yesterday evening. When I finally ate something today..at 4pm, I wasn't as hungry as I thought. So, I just ate a Hebrew National Beef hot dog on bun with lots of mustard. Then I mixed pecan halves, raw almonds, pistacios, and a square of 72% cocoa dark chocolate (broken up, and mixed in)

I had ground turkey, a whole egg, 1 tbsp feta cheese, about 1/2 cup raw spinach, and a few grape tomatoes all mixed up in a bowl. It sounds kind of weird but was soooo good. 368 calories total.0
