I had a baked skinless chicken breast, garden salad, some light pears and light cheese stick

  • Chicken thigh, red potatoes, green beans and carrots and a banana. 439 Calories.

    Most of my meals are around 400 Calories. I will have a snack before bedtime of 200 or so calories. My daily intake is right around 1500.

    I had fish last nite. I have one of those heat convection ovens. I love cooking meat now. NO oil and it cooks like 5 minutes for fish.

    Ezekiel bread that I put under the broiler with pizza toppings, some vegetable soup, and a chocolate banana smoothie. Super delicious, fairly low calorie, and I'm stuffed.

    Fasted since 6:30 yesterday evening. When I finally ate something today..at 4pm, I wasn't as hungry as I thought. So, I just ate a Hebrew National Beef hot dog on bun with lots of mustard. Then I mixed pecan halves, raw almonds, pistacios, and a square of 72% cocoa dark chocolate (broken up, and mixed in)

    What kind of oven is it? And if you don't mind me asking, how much? I'd like to cook more meat and fish especially if it cooks in a shorter time period.

    I had a slice and a half of a fennel, roasted red pepper, and goat cheese quiche! And then a nice big serving of vanilla frozen yogurt and homemade strawberry balsamic jam. YUM! 429 calories!

    1 box Green Giant Garden Vegetable Medley (roasted red potatoes/sugar snap peas/red peppers/garden herbs, in a garlic butter sauce)

    I had ground turkey, a whole egg, 1 tbsp feta cheese, about 1/2 cup raw spinach, and a few grape tomatoes all mixed up in a bowl. It sounds kind of weird but was soooo good. 368 calories total.
