Okay so for the last 3 weeks I've been getting yelled at cause I'm having a hard time eating 1200 calories. Then on top of that I'm supposed to eat what I get back from exercizing.......seriously? I just started this and this week I'm supposed to eat like normal. However, I'm drinking tons of water and have found that keeping Almonds around helps. I have to have the toasted and lightly salted but they work for me.
