Somtimes I do sometimes I don't. I try not to but if I do I try not to sweat it and do better next time. I think it's better to workout and eat back the calories than to not workout.

I work in a primary care clinic and at your height you can weigh up to 162lbs and still be average. I think it's important to remember if you are eating well and exercising that counts for a lot.!

Kim- Thanks for your response. I found myself drinking more and more soda as my life became more and more hectic. I have decided to make life a little simpler so hopefully I can cut down on the soda. I think I will try the MIO, I have always needed to drink my water super cold or else I won't drink it. I will need to be vigilante about making sure I have ice at work as that is where I drink most of my soda. Thanks for your response. Gina
