  • I'm going to try this today. It makes 4 servings...how do you store the rest of the servings? Do you wait to add the ice until just before you're ready to drink it? Do I put the rest in the fridge and then put it back into the blender when I'm ready for another treat?

  • I love it! I've done so many of their recipes, with my little changes. I love it so much, I bought the book! I recommend it to anyone. You can actually get some of the recipes on lifetimetv.com and watch full episodes. What about the show "I Want to Save Your Life"? I LOVE that one, too. It is really motivating.
