Milanesa steak question
Anyone know what cut milanesa steak is? The butcher told me it is leaner than flank. The steaks are really, really thin. I was thinking of making fajitas out of them but not sure of the nutrition. I've searched online and still haven't come up with anything. Help?!

Customizing goals
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to customize my goals for each meal rather than for the day? For instance, I can only have two servings of carbs, 15-20g each per meal, + 1 serving of protein. Do I have to figure out the % for the entire day? I'm not a math genius, by the way. I'd like to be able to punch in my food…

Why does my heel hurt?
I have been working out regularly for about 2 weeks and this past week my right heel has been killing me! I hurt to the point of limping. The bottom of my heel...that's it. Any ideas? I just find it strange that, with every muscle in my that could be hurting from exercise that it is my heel that is hurting. What gives?
