I, for one, LOVE coconut oil!!! It is tasteless and has a very high smoking point. It is perfect for when I want to sear meat or fry something that requires high heat. I use Lou Ana 100% coconut oil.

No!!! Let me clarify. I do not eat over my caloric limit and I don't eat ONLY grapes and fruit. What I mean is that I think it is better to eat a little more grapes or maybe a banana if I have a sweet tooth or just need a change from the "normal every day food" I tend to eat on a diet.
