Did anyone see the episode on Thursday about the 100 things Dr. Oz wants in your shopping cart? I printed the list out and it really is helpful. Just thought I'd share this, especially for the first time MFP'ers. Check it out at doctoroz.com.

    I recorded it... had it on that channel while I was getting ready for work. Haven't watched it yet, but caught some here and there. Was there anything that surprised you in a good way? In a bad way?
