Well, I guess you guys were sending good vibes afterall! Scale budged 1.6 lbs. Not sure how that happened, I upped my carb intake yesterday bigtime.
-
When I have gone about losing weight diligently in the past I have always lost 2-3 lbs a week, especially at first. I suppose patience isn’t my strong suit.
-
@SisterSueGetsFit I set my goals to lose 2 lbs a week. I am weighing my food on a food scale. Height 5’7 Start-178 Current- 172 Goal- 135
-
@SisterSueGetsFit Mfp gave me a net of 1200 calories. I eat back about half of my exercise calories, so I have been consistently in a caloric deficit.
-
I stated before that I am weighing everything. Condiments and oils included. Anything I consume, I am logging.
-
@diannethegeek Again, this is my first time posting in years. What details are needed that I haven’t given?
-

-
Ah! That makes a lot more sense. Thought it was like “woo”!
-
I am weighing myself everyday and logging my average once a week.
-
Wow, people are liking the Eat less advice when I am eating at a minimum. I thought this was supposed to be about positivity and support?
-
@Duck_Puddle fluctuated between 3-5 lbs
-
Let me clarify, I started 6 weeks ago. I was merely stating that my weight hasn’t dropped much, and this past week it has actually gone up. To the person telling me to “eat less” when I stated I eat 1200-1300 calories a day, pretty irresponsible bogus advice. I am weighing everything on a scale and logging EVERYTHING. Most…

good for you for being able to do it the next day, I had to take 3 days off I was so sore after day one!
-
I use siggis. Its a icelandic yogurt with a similar consistency to greek yogurt. Skyr is the traditional yogurt of Iceland. It is made by incubating skim milk with live active cultures. The whey, the water naturally found in milk, is then strained away to make for a much thicker, creamier, concentrated yogurt. So to make…

Personally, I love it. I am not a coach. It tastes great, and takes the guess work out of my meals. I started 2 weeks ago, and it jump started some weight loss for me. I have cut down on my coffee as it gives me a ton of energy. It is expensive, but you are replacing a meal, typically breakfast. I actaully have been having…

A steaming basket! You can get them anywhere and they are cheap. Pop it over a pot with about 2 inches of boilng water, pop a lid on and about 8 minutes later you have steamed veggies!
