Isn't this a great tool....to help you determine that before you get there?! You know if you just have to have the soup.....you just can't have anything else. But, without this tool....I would have the soup and then anything else I wanted and paid for it later. Enjoy your time with your friends!!!

Dr. Joel Fuhrman's book "Eat to Live" is a great guide on what to eat for such problems. Basically, you eat no processed foods. I followed his book a couple of years ago and never felt better. You may want to check thrift stores. I have seen The Firm (which I think is an awesome workout) in Goodwill. Yard sales & Craigslist may be another place to find them. Or just ask around, you may be surprised at the people in your circle of family & friends have some videos they would love to see them be put to use. My…

I like both. The elliptical however after about 20 minutes my feet are numb....so I have to change it up. Start with elliptical for 20 min....move to treadmill for 20....and finish up with elliptical for 20.
