Hey hun. you are putting preservatives in your body . there is processed foods there and sugar , you need to drink water and eat veggies add whey protein . I do cardio and seldomly do weights , however , I am a big fan of pilates . I believe if you want definition , you should do cardio and burn off all of the fat then add light weights.

Take it slow ....do alot of cardio and then gradually add weights in at your comfort level . dont expect instant results , stay focused and burn those calories to get lean ! Pilates are really good for definition and toning muscles , even some building ...p90x had some of pilates in their video , i was shocked

pizza is ok if the crust is thin and there is no sauce , top it veggies and feta cheese or protein . you are ok , and do not feel bad about eating it , just do better tomorrow or do some cardio.

I cut out sugar out of my diet completely .
