A little off topic, but I drank too much water before and during a cardio workout once. I got really dizzy and nauseas and basically had to wait it out. Not cool!

As long as I eat (mostly) healthy foods, I can eat all day, exercise, and lose weight!

I hate cooking, too! I work two jobs (teaching plus a part time on weekends), so I don't have much time to learn. I'll give it a shot this summer though! The website looked like it had some recipes, too. ;)

I usually give myself a pass the first day, because that's when my cramps are the worst. I try to workout the other days because I get SUPER hungry during mine and eat more, and the exercise actually makes me feel better. This is just based on internet research, but I think your metabolism does speed up a bit.

I eat mostly healthy meals, sneaking something sweet every day. I make sure it fits into my calories (including exercise calories). No designated "cheat days," because I'd go crazy. I rarely ever go over, so I try not to beat myself up if I do.

Have you changed your eating habits? Try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible and go for fruits, vegitables, lean meat, whole grains, and lean dairy. I know it's hard to do, I struggle myself!

Hi everyone! I did it once a week ago, but today was day two of twice in a row with level one. Yesterday I was able to do 25 minutes of cardio afterwards, but today I only managed 15. From what I've read and personal experience, your muscles should be sore after strength training. Try Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD. It's killer, even with five pound weights. Cardio doesn't necessarily need to make you sore, just sweaty. That's the fat crying. ;)

Think of this as a lifestyle change. Allow yourself some treats once in a while and don't be hard on yourself. Just keep persevering, and know that every healthy bite you eat and each minute of exercise is adding on to your quality of life. You will get there! Think positively! I agree! If you exercise, you'll get extra calories. It seems like you're not eating enough healthy snacks throughout the day. You can view my food diary if you'd like ideas...I even ate Sour Patch Kids today!
