I am a beginner! I can modify any of her workouts. I can't speak for P90X but I am very familiar with Cathe workouts and like I said as a beginner I just modify some things. Lower weight, no jumping, etc. Cathe also has beginner and intermediate DVDs.

I have to pre-plan my meals. If I don't I won't stay on track. It takes a little time but it is so worth it! I also just plan for my meals without exercise. That way when I exercise I know how many calories I can enjoy and just add them to my pre-planned day.

I used to have to have flavored creamer in my coffee. I would measure the tablespoons out but I also got tired of using the calories. I tried the Truvia packets and they taste great. One packet gives the coffee just enough sweetness without an after taste. I found Truvia at Walmart so I am sure that most grocery stores…

Newman's Own Lighten Up gets my vote! I just bought a Walden Farms dressing that has zero calories but haven't tried it yet.

I had the same trouble. There were days when I could only get down 1/2 of a 16 oz bottle. It was terrible. What helped me was to drink the water at room temperature. I also make sure that I start with my first bottle right after breakfast and drink little bits until it is gone but before my morning snack. I then have…

My vote is for Jon. I liked watching the kids growing up from babies but it was terrible to see the hour long special for the 5th season. Haven't watched it since. Jon to me seems like the same person he has always been. Kate...not so much.

One of my son's high school teachers is a "before and after" for Hydroxicut (sp). The teacher was actually hired to gain weight as a before picture because he was already a very fit person. So he gained weight, took the before picture and then went back to his regular training and lost the weight and had his "bulk" back…
