I have the same issue. I find drinking something cold and just not moving helps lol

I have to wash my haif after a workout.. I sweat a ton during my workouts and if gets all gross if I don't. When I don't work out I usually wash it every other day.

I completed the fit test and squat challenge. Managed to hit my goals and lose 1.6 pounds!!

I just finished the challenge ( was cutting it close) and met my goals for this week :) was a good week!

Desk job here.. I usually hit 5-6 k by the time I get home. I work out 4-5 times a week though and those days I'm usually way above 10 k . I just try and look at it as a weekly goal rather than a daily goal.

I have the same problem..making sure to stretch and warm up have really helped.
