typically toast with lite spread yoplait light yogurt( tons of flavors) and 2 cuties oranges , or a banana, or apple slices some times toast with peanut butter sliced banana and honey some times oatmeal with chopped apples, raisins and a tiny bit of brown sugar

toast some whole wheat bread smear some peanut butter or nutella on toast slice banana (1 banana usually does 2 slices of toast) put slices on peanut butter drizzle a tiny bit of honey over banana Enjoy I eat this a lot in the winter and it carries me thru and past lunch most of the time
