So i don't know what's the deal. Every time i walk for any length of time my back and hips begin to hurt horribly. I have been doing 30 min over time everyday at work since last Monday ( i work at a daycare and never set down usually) but i wouldn't think this would cause me so much pain? I just ended my monthly Sunday, so not pregnant that I know of either. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you seen a chiropractor? Sounds like an alignment problem to me. It will probably take a couple of adjustments to reset, but I would give it a go!0

The problem is definitely with either your posture or your shoes, and possibly both. I'm not a doctor but I'd expect it's probably more your posture than your shoes. See a chiropractor first, then go to a running store (not Shoe Carnival!) and get yourself fitted for shoes with proper support. If you can't afford the shoes at the boutique store, you'll at least know what kind of fit to look for, and that is what they make shoe inserts for.0

how is your posture when you walk? and do you have good shoes? My back and hips hurt when i walk if im not standing up straight (and holding in my tummy) I've spent the money and invested in good (asics cross trainers and adidas running shoes) shoes to walk in helped my back and hips SOOO much. Also a chiropractor might help your hips could be slightly misaligned .. good luck0
