been there done that.. I Gave pop up for lent (in feb) and had about 10 days of NASTY headaches. Just take some tylenol (midol has some caffine in it so thats an option ) and drink lots of water or ice tea. I'm 40 days pop free and havent really missed it. i've started a women's one aday but thats it. just watching what (or how much i eat) and have WAY upped my water intake and started walking with my neighbor and am going to do a 200 sit up challenge starting tomorrow. so i hope i'm on the right track
